Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Assistant, you will support our customer service team in delivering excellent client care. You will assist with enquiries, help manage client communications, and provide support for marketing campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
* Provide support to clients regarding marketing services and campaigns.
* Update and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.
* Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and ensuring client requirements are met.
* Support the team in daily administrative tasks and follow-ups.
* Help identify ways to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
