Role Overview

Otis is recruiting an Account Manager to cover throughout Northern Ireland. The role involves managing service accounts, working proactively with customers to improve value, reduce cancellations, and increase service sales. Collaboration with MOD/BEX R sales reps is essential to accelerate lead generation.


Key Responsibilities

1. Create and maintain long-term relationships with customers through proactive engagement and reactive response to inquiries and complaints.
2. Defend portfolio, reducing cancellations and renegotiations.
3. Understand OTIS Service Business to provide optimal solutions in collaboration with the branch team, generating maximum value and working in cross-functional teams.
4. Increase Service Sales (O, T, MOD/BEX R) by identifying customer needs and maximizing profitability.
5. Increase Otis One Sales by generating additional subscriptions.
6. Make proposals, decisions, and close deals independently, following company policies.
7. Know maintenance service strategies, procedures, contracts, CRM, RTV, competitors, etc.
8. Manage the annual price increase process.
9. Demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in daily work and team environment.


Qualifications

1. Business or technical degree or technical training with at least 3 years of experience.
2. Experience in selling technical service agreements requiring consultation.
3. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
4. High level of commitment and reliability.
5. Target-driven with the ability to work in a demanding environment.
