Role Overview
As Sales Director, you will drive revenue growth, lead the sales team and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the storage solutions sector and a proven background in sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
* Full P&L responsibility for sales revenue and profitability
* Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy
* Lead, coach and performance-manage a small sales team
* Deliver against a personal revenue target
* Lead major bids, tenders, proposals and client presentations
* Develop new sector opportunities and strategic partnerships
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
About You
* Proven sales leadership experience within storage, industrial fit-out, industrial manufacturing or material handling sectors is essential
* Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
* Track record of winning and delivering high-value contracts
* Confident presenter and bid leader
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to open new markets
