Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector - Primary and Secondary Temp Desks - Darlington
CER Education Recruitment (part of Affinity Workforce Solutions) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add two Recruitment Consultants to our high-performing team in Darlington. Both desks are very warm and have significant portfolios of schools across the Northeast and Yorkshire. The role & benefits as Recruitment Consultant at CER Education:
Location: Suite 3.14 - Business Central, 2 Union Square, Central Park, Darlington, DL1 1GL
Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00 (Term Time), 08:00 - 14:00 (School Holidays)
Hybrid / Work from Home available after initial training and inductions
Base Salary: £28,650 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission structure

Role responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for primary or secondary education-based roles.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own business.
Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector.What are we looking for?
