A mainstream primary school in Blackpool (FY1) is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with high-level behavioural needs and an active Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Role Overview: As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll work closely with one pupil, helping them to regulate emotions, engage positively in lessons, and build trusting relationships. You’ll be a key part of the school’s pastoral and inclusion team, working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals.
