Backed by a global parent group, the business is continuing to grow and secure large-scale, high-value projects – creating an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. The Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of high-value capital projects (ranging from £250k to multi-million pounds), delivering them from initial design phases through to installation and commissioning. You’ll play a critical role within the Project Management Office, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery against key commercial, technical, and timeline targets. Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle project delivery through structured stage-gate processes Define and manage project scope with both internal teams and external clients Develop and maintain risk registers, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost control, including change and variation management Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet project deliverables Manage stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on progress and performance Negotiate contracts and manage commercial relationships with vendors and partners Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards Build and structure effective project teams within a matrix organisation What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing engineering or process-based projects end-to-end Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, variations, and contracts Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across complex project environments Strong organisational, planning, and risk management capabilities What’s On Offer Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 £455/month car allowance Hybrid working: (post-probation) 25 days holiday bank holidays flexible holiday scheme Pension scheme Clear progression path (Senior PM → Lead PM) Opportunity to work on diverse, technically challenging international projects Why Apply?
