We are seeking female* Waking Night Support Workers who are dedicated and compassionate, to contribute to the overall well-being and success of the individuals in our supported housing project. The postholders will be committed to providing a safe, supportive and empowering environment during night hours (12hr waking night shifts).
Full or part time positions available and we have the flexibility to offer contracted hours to suit the applicant.
We’d especially like to hear from applicants who have experience in a similar role offering support to people with complex needs such as substance misuse, mental health or offending issues.
Candidates should hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle.
Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship visas).
Roles are subject to an Enhanced (Adult & Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
