Social Media Manager & Content Creator - Interiors Brand

Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities: Create content (mostly video) for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram)
Collaborate with the brand marketing team to align content with the marketing calendar and wider business goals
Manage scheduling, posting, and reporting
Craft copy that reflects the brand’s playful tone of voice and ensures a cohesive visual identity
Work with internal and external creatives to produce polished, high-quality content
Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant
Skills & Experience: 4+ years of experience in social media content creation, open to agency and brand-side candidates
Experience working across retail, fashion, beauty or interiors in a social content creation or social media management role
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Final Cut Pro
Excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice
Creative ideation experience across social channels
Ability to adjust content strategies based on performance data
