We're a cozy pub with rooms, known for serving up delicious, locally sourced dishes in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Think hearty classics, seasonal specials, and a whole lot of love on every plate.
What you'll be doing:
* Helping the Head Chef run a smooth and efficient kitchen.
* Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard.
* Managing and training kitchen staff.
* Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are met.
* Contributing to menu development and creativity!
We offer live-in accommodation for the right candidate! That means a comfortable home base right here at The Jolly Drover.
