They will create a safe and stimulating environment that supports children's learning and development. The practitioner will observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues. Required Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education, possess a genuine passion for education, hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate, and have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant. Education: Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant Knowledge and Skills: The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive and patient behaviour, adaptability, strong behavioural skills, and effective communication and time management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in Early Years Education or relevant field Working Conditions: The role involves working full-time hours in an educational setting in South East England. The practitioner will collaborate with colleagues, parents, and children to create a positive learning environment.
