What's in it for you
Annual salary £30,000 to £40,000 DOE
Uncapped bonus
5 day working week, working no more than 37.5 hours per week
Core hours are 9am – 5:30pm, however the office is open, 8am – 7pm Mon – Fri, 9:30am-4:30pm on Sat, and 10am-3:30pm on Sunday so will be working on a rota
23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Additional day accrued for every year of service, capping at 25 days

What you'll be doing
As a Property Lawyer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and Leaseholds
Managing on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file
Drafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC forms
Applying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-Completion
Complete SDLT forms
What you will have
Previous experience in managing a conveyancing caseload
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Residential Conveyancing
Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
