* Hours: Up to full-time (4-8 sessions)
* Salary: c.£12,000 per session, depending on experience and duties
* Location of work: Holsworthy, Stratton or Hatherleigh

We have an opportunity for a Salaried GP working 4-6 sessions per week to join our expanding multidisciplinary clinical team.

Our two practice sites, serve 15,000 patients, are in the market towns of Holsworthy and Hatherleigh. Surfing, open water sea-pool swimming, sea kayaking, the South West coastal path and moorland splendour are all in easy reach from our practices. We extend inland from the beautiful sandy beaches of North Cornwall almost to the edge of the Dartmoor wilderness.
Our team consists of 2 Partners, 1 Practice Manager, 9 employed GPs, and a full skills mix of clinicians including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Prescriber and Paramedics. Not forgetting our fantastic Patient Services, Secretarial and Administrative teams, who work very hard to minimise the administrative burden for the clinical team.

* Dedicated Admin Session (6 Session GP has 1 Admin session per fortnight)

* Opportunity to nurture professional interests and develop a portfolio
* Dedicated Home Visiting and Care Home team to support work with care homes and frail elderly patients living independently
* Skilled and experienced multidisciplinary On The Day team
* Patient call triage
* Established training practice with 2 GP Trainers. In addition to GP Trainees, we also support medical and nursing students. There are opportunities for you to get involved in teaching if this is an area of interest
* Close relationship with Coast & Country PCN, including Mental Health, Health and Wellbeing, and Pharmacy teams
* Opportunities for mentorship and support Opportunities to develop specialisms including minor surgery and family planning
* Weekly skin club meetings
* GP Retainer Scheme
* Skilled Worker Visa (formerly Tier 2 Visa) to international GPs who are GMC registered and on the Performers List
* Defence union membership subscriptions paid for by the practice
