This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to take on a key leadership role, managing a high‑value and complex caseload while contributing to the continued growth and success of this Real Estate Litigation practice. The Role
* You will be responsible for a varied caseload including opposed and unopposed lease renewals, restrictive covenants, break options, dilapidations, rights of way, boundary disputes, trespass, nuisance, possession proceedings, and insolvency‑related issues.
* You will play a central role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple sectors, ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery.
* Support the ongoing growth and development of the Real Estate Litigation team.
* Supervise, mentor and develop junior team members.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further work.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
* Strong technical expertise in high‑value and complex commercial property disputes.
* Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team environment.
