ARU Peterborough opened in September XXXX, in partnership with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority and Peterborough City Council. It aims to provide transformational and inclusive higher education for the city and region.
About the Role:
We seek a Lecturer in Computing to undertake teaching, research, and other academic activities at ARU Peterborough.
The role includes teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in areas such as Cyber Security, Data Analytics, and Networking. You will supervise taught and research students and contribute to the ARU Research strategy.
You will act as an academic tutor and module leader, managing multiple groups, leading teams, and coordinating activities, resources, and assessments. Please refer to the full Job description for detailed responsibilities.
Requirements include a Degree plus PhD or Professional Doctorate (or near completion), preferably a Higher degree or relevant professional qualification in the discipline at postgraduate level, PG Cert in Learning and Teaching (HE), and HEA fellowship.
Successful teaching experience at HE level and/or relevant professional experience is essential.
