At Aquila Industrial Cleaning we deliver specialist and industrial cleaning services within the construction sector throughout the North of England.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable self employed cleaning operative to join our team working on construction projects in and around the North East area. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently as well as in a team in order to complete a range of cleaning tasks on new build and refurbishment projects.
Skills
* Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
* Ability to drive is required as the role will require travel to multiple sites.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Valid CSCS card is essential
* Previous experience in site or industrial cleaning is desirable
* Must be punctual, reliable, and have a good work ethic
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
