We're looking for a hands-on Field Supervisor to oversee and support installation teams on the ground.

What We expect of you:
We're looking for someone with technical expertise in fibre installations and proficiency in using OTDR equipment. You’ll ensure field teams are delivering safely and to a high standard through quality, safety, and vehicle audits. Working closely with the Coordinator and Manager, you’ll help ensure teams have the materials, stores, and equipment needed to meet delivery targets. You’ll also be involved in problem-solving and managing escalations for at-risk installs. A clean driving licence is required, and you must either hold or be willing to obtain key accreditations such as NRSWA, SA001, SA002, etc., to operate within the Openreach Network.
