Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
* Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence
* Manage diaries, book appointments, and coordinate meetings
* Handle client enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Maintain accurate filing systems and assist with general office administration
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong secretarial or administrative experience, ideally within a professional office setting
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
