Regional Facilities Manager
Cobalt is working with a leading UK hospitality group to recruit an experienced Facilities Management professional to oversee a portfolio of sites across Essex, Suffolk Norfolk, and Cambridge.

The Role
As a Regional Facilities Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the safety, condition and upkeep of a portfolio of c.80 sites. With strong processes already in place, the role offers a blend of autonomy and support, allowing you to prioritise and drive standards. You'll work closely with operations, suppliers and internal stakeholders to protect the estate while balancing commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead building surveying and maintenance activities across ~80 operational sites.
2. Manage a regional capital and maintenance budget of approximately £5 million.
3. Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate asset data, and Health & Safety best practice.
