Clements Young are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Maintenance Repairs Inspector / Supervisor’s Assistant to support a social housing contract in the Beeston area of Leeds (LS11). Rate: £21.00 per hour (CIS) Duration: 3 Months (Fixed Term) The Role Working directly alongside the Site Supervisor, you will act as the technical lead on the ground. This position is designed for an experienced professional—ideally an ex-tradesperson—who is ready to transition off the tools into a diagnostic and coordination role. You will visit properties independently to investigate tenant complaints, diagnose technical faults accurately, and ensure repair works are scheduled correctly.
