Job Title: Secretary
Location: Bridport
Salary: Up to £28, DOE
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm, Fridays 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing secretarial support to fee earners
2. Preparing legal documents and correspondence
3. Audio typing
4. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling client communications
5. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
6. Typing and formatting documents with speed and accuracy
Requirements
7. Proven secretarial experience
8. Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
9. Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
10. A professional, polite manner and a positive team player attitude
11. High level of discretion and ability to maintain client confidentiality
