We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Site Assistant who will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our school premises with a focus on grounds maintenance. You will work closely with the Premises Manager and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the school site on a day-to-day basis, to ensure our site is clean, fit for purpose, secure and compliant with legislation and industry best practice. The focus of the role is on maintaining our beautiful and extensive outside spaces, including state‑of‑the‑art tennis courts, football and rugby pitches and the cricket field.
The position is offered based on working 32 hours per week, all year round. Working hours will be flexible depending on workload. There may be later finishes during school holiday periods and to accommodate school events during term time and on some weekends.
