In this fast-paced role, youll play a key part in delivering a smooth and engaging recruitment journey for both candidates and hiring managers.Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, Specialists, and our People Services colleagues, youll provide essential administrative and coordination support across the full recruitment cycle, from posting job adverts and scheduling interviews to supporting onboarding activities and recruitment reporting. As our Talent Acquisition Assistant you will: Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Manage the Talent Acquisition inbox, respond to queries promptly, and maintain accurate recruitment tracking and reporting data. Post job adverts to our careers page, Linked-In and external job boards, ensuring consistency and quality in all candidate-facing materials. Schedule interviews, liaise with candidates and managers, and ensure timely feedback and communication throughout the process. Support onboarding and post-offer activities, including Right to Work checks, documentation, and liaison with hiring managers. Assist in delivering Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives aligned with our People Strategy. Monitor employer reputation platforms, supporting our employer brand as an employer of choice. Contribute to the planning and delivery of volume recruitment or assessment centre activities. We are looking for: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, with an eye for data accuracy and reporting. Excellent organisational and diary management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlines. High attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional approach to stakeholder management. Ability to problem-solve, use initiative and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative and proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude and energy to deliver results. Experience working within an HR or People team, ideally with exposure to recruitment or talent acquisition processes is desirable, but not essential.
