Location: Guernsey. Busy Bees as Peter Port - Queens Road, Guernsey, GY1 1RH
Start Date: Ahead of Grand Opening (Date TBC)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: 50,00055,000
3 Months Paid Accommodation + Full Relocation Support

Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead the successful opening and long-term operation of the nursery
* Set a tone of warmth, trust, and high standards from day one
* Ensure compliance with EYFS and Guernseys local regulatory frameworks
* Partner with parents, professionals, and the wider island community
* Inspire your team to deliver best-in-class care, education, and support
* Collaborate with senior leaders across Busy Bees UK to deliver excellence
You Bring
* A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
* Minimum 2 years experience managing or deputy managing a nursery setting
* A genuine passion for building and leading teams
* A strong knowledge of EYFS and commitment to child-led learning
* Ambition to create a new centre culture from scratch
* Leadership that balances kindness, high expectations, and joy
