Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Digital Content Controller within our Production Department in the Advanced Learning division. This role supports the production and quality assurance of digital book products for Taylor and Francis’ online platforms. Responsibilities include technical support, data process development, and XML to HTML conversions.
This is a maternity cover position for approximately 9-12 months. The successful candidate will work at least three days per week from our Milton Park, Oxfordshire office. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities include:
* Producing XML-based online products
* Assessing vendor quality and tracking KPIs
* Transforming XML structures using XML technologies
* Supporting process improvements and drafting guidelines
* Identifying trends and opportunities
* Managing specific projects
* Supporting digital product queries
Qualifications
We are looking for:
* Experience with XML or similar markup languages
* Knowledge of XML technologies like XSLT and XPath
* Python skills are advantageous
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
* Experience with database data extraction
* Organized, detail-oriented, with broad perspective
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build relationships across departments
* Quick learner of new systems
* Critical thinking and logical reasoning
* Multitasking and prioritization skills
* Familiarity with reporting tools is a plus
