This is a busy but rewarding role where youll support customers every day. Youll answer calls and emails, solve problems, update records, and work with other teams to make sure everything runs smoothly. What youll be doing: Be the first point of contact for customers across the UK. Handle queries, complaints, and requests until theyre fully resolved. Keep customer records up to date and accurate. Explain Jobs clearly and help clients understand their options. Send invoices, chase payments, and organise equipment. Promote additional services when appropriate. Use CRM systems and online platforms to manage requests. What were looking for: Previous customer service experience (advisor, admin, retail, or call centre). Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident with IT (Microsoft Office and CRM). Empathetic, patient, and detail-focused.
