Role Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to take full ownership of a high-volume branch. As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the team, driving listings, and managing day-to-day operations with the full backing of a supportive and forward-thinking senior management team. The successful candidate will personally conduct valuations and play a key role in growing market share. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions Drive business performance through listings, sales, and team motivation Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to achieve targets Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and buyers Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring compliance and service excellence Monitor and report on KPIs and branch performance Collaborate with senior leadership to shape local strategy Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a lister or manager in residential estate agency Strong track record of securing instructions and growing market share Excellent leadership and communication skills Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Ideally based within a 30-minute commute of Burnley (BB11) Knowledge of the local property market is highly desirable Package and Benefits: £35,000 basic salary with OTE £45,000 Full-time, permanent role On-site parking available Mileage paid Long-term career progression opportunities within a growing independent network
