About the Position
This is a FULL-time role with an immediate start, supporting students aged 11 to 16 years old.
Working hours are 8.30am to 3.30pm.
You will be providing consistent emotional and behavioural support, helping students regulate their emotions, manage challenges and stay positively engaged in their learning.
You will work closely with teachers and support staff to create a calm and structured setting where pupils feel safe and understood.
Requirements for the Role
• At least 6 months of childcare experience, preferably supporting young people with additional or emotional needs
• Excellent communication skills, patience and a calm manner
• Confidence in supporting students with emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour
• Due to the rural location of the school, you must be able to drive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
