Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting detailed market research through phone, video and face-to-face interviews
• Identifying key industry trends and building commercially strong event agendas
• Recruiting senior speakers from leading businesses
• Building advisory boards and senior stakeholder networks
• Writing agenda copy and marketing collateral that supports delegate and sponsorship sales

• Developing growth plans to increase event performance year on year
• Attending and delivering events onsite internationally
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in conference production, ideally within B2B events
• Strong research, writing and communication skills
• A commercial mindset and understanding of how content supports revenue
• Confidence speaking with senior industry leaders
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A collaborative approach and confidence working across sales, marketing and operations
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress their career within a well-established, high-performing global events business while working on respected B2B brands with strong commercial backing.
