As a Trainee or Recruitment Consultant in the SAP Contract team, you will:
* Proactively create new business opportunities, winning and developing new client relationships within your market
* Build and manage relationships with SAP contractors across key European markets
* Develop and maintain a strong network of active, high-quality candidates in a fast-moving market
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role qualification through to placement
* Provide consultative advice on contract rates, availability, and market insights
* Work at pace, managing multiple processes and priorities simultaneously
* Take increasing ownership of your desk, clients, and revenue
* Position yourself as a specialist within a defined SAP vertical
Who We’re Looking For
* 0–6 months of experience: you will start as a Resourcer, focusing on candidate delivery and market mapping, with a clear pathway to transition into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role
* Background in a target-driven environment (e.g. sales, recruitment, resourcing, or similar)
* Individuals looking to step into a more specialist, high-value market
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Commercial awareness with a consultative approach
* Competitive, driven, and resilient mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Motivation to build long-term success and market ownership
Earnings & Career Progression

* Year 1: OTE £40,000+ (Base + commission → for those who fully commit)
* Year 2: Greater deal ownership and market traction → £60,000+
* Year 3: Established desk, strong client base, and market authority → £100,000+
