Childcare Area Manager
South West London (Richmond, Putney, Clapham, BatterseaWandsworth, Twickenham)
Full-Time / £31-33k salary (depending on experience and qualifications)

Due to projected growth and new business, our partner is looking to grow their senior delivery team by hiring a multi-site Area Manager to cover the SW London area, focusing on the region between Twickenham and Battersea.
They're looking for an exceptional person with experience in management, high standards, a passion for working with children, a fun-natured personality, and an 'own it' attitude towards their work as you'll be given lots of autonomy.
As an Area Manager, you will get to manage your own cluster of venues and teams, where you will oversee the operations of all day-to-day aspects of running a variety of clubs for school-aged children (breakfast, after-school, lunchtime, PE/school sports, holiday camps), which will include (amongst other things) leadership, growth and business development, training and onboarding, recruitment, scheduling and rota management, people management, cost control and growth, customer complaints, and stakeholder relationships.
As an Area Manager, you will ideally bring:

* Experience of managing, training and developing others
* Experience working in a busy and ever-changing environment where no day is the same
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* A forward-thinking, proactive individual who can 'own' their work and solve both present and future problems
