With outsourced inspections, this role allows you to focus on what you do best: managing tenancies, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing clear communication and guidance.
* Overseeing the full tenancy lifecycle, from move-in to check-out.
* Coordinating maintenance works, liaising with contractors, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit returns.
* Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures.
* Handling any complaints or disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
* Supporting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of the property management department.
About You
* Previous experience in residential property management is essential.
* Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Confident communicator, able to build rapport with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
* Resilient under pressure with a solutions-focused approach.
* ARLA qualification desirable but not essential (support for further training available).
