Strategic Growth Director We are seeking a commercially focused and client-centric Strategic Growth Director to drive regional sales growth and develop strong, lasting partnerships with both new and existing clients. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, this is a senior leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing clients in both local government and private development sectors. The successful candidate will bring expert knowledge, credibility, and a proactive approach to building trust and delivering tailored solutions that support both organisational goals and personal client agendas. What you'll be doing: Developing and executing a comprehensive regional sales growth strategy across Project Centre’s full range of services. Identifying and shaping new business opportunities by understanding client needs and offering innovative, commercially viable solutions. Building a strong opportunity pipeline and lead strategic bids, tenders, and proposal submissions. Attending client meetings, professional association events, and industry conferences to network and promote Project Centre’s capabilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Bid, and Subject Matter Experts, to deliver high-impact sales presentations and content. Maintaining accurate CRM records and contribute to reporting on sales performance and campaign outcomes. Acting as a thought leader and trusted advisor, staying informed of relevant political, environmental, and industry trends. Leading on high-quality written proposals and presentations within tight deadlines. What We’re Looking For: Proven track record of achieving growth targets and generating business in a consultancy or professional services environment. Strong knowledge of the local government and private development sectors. Outstanding communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Experienced in producing and editing bid content with a high standard of written and verbal communication. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and the ability to spot opportunities and convert them into sales. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a strong team ethic.
