My client is a rapidly expanding business and they are now looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Accounts Assistant / Assistant Accountant to join their growing team in Durham City Centre.
Main tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Day to day accounting around purchase and sales ledger
* Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards on Sage Line 50
* Allocate rental payments received to the correct tenant codes
* Ensuring all landlords and contractors are paid in a timely manner
* Maintain the creditors ledgers on Sage Line 50 and ensure all suppliers are paid within the credit terms
* Review, reconcile and post transactions from completion statements received from Company Solicitors in relation to new property purchases
