The ideal candidate will have:
* QTS / QTLS (Qualified Teacher Status) ECTs are warmly welcomed
* Experience teaching within a Primary SEND setting or a strong passion for SEND education
* Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
* A compassionate and flexible approach to learning and teaching
