Job Description
3. Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
5. Communicate with Ukrainian-speaking vendors and stakeholders effectively.
6. Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all financial transactions.
8. Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to improve processes.
9. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
10. Assist in generating financial reports as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Ukrainian Speaker should have:
11. Fluency in Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken.
12. Proven skills in accounts payable and financial processes.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
14. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
