Urology Oncology Cancer Care Coordinator

The role supports the Urology Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist Teams in managing and supporting people affected by urological cancers regionally and nationally, ensuring seamless care along their cancer pathway. The post involves providing comprehensive support and information, liaising with clinical teams, and acting as a conduit between patients and healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team but also autonomously, prioritising workload and knowing when to seek advice. Collaboration with the wider team is essential to deliver high-quality service.
