About the Opportunity As the Deputy Head of Education Partnership Volunteer, you will support the strategic expansion of our education outreach efforts. Working closely with the Head of Education Partnerships and a team of volunteers, you will help shape and lead the implementation of partnership strategies with schools, colleges, and universities globally. Your leadership and coordination will ensure that SkilledUp Life continues to offer students valuable opportunities while deepening our presence in the education sector.

Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Education Partnerships in developing and refining outreach strategies to target educational institutions.
* Oversee a small team of Education Partnership Volunteers, ensuring consistent communication, goal alignment, and timely execution of tasks.
* Identify and build strategic relationships with key decision-makers in schools, colleges, and universities.
* Coordinate and support the delivery of webinars, workshops, and presentations tailored for academic audiences.
* Monitor ongoing partnerships, helping to track performance metrics and improve engagement efforts.
* Gather and analyze feedback from institutions to inform and evolve our outreach strategies.
* Represent SkilledUp Life at virtual events, meetings, or conferences as needed.
Requirements
* Proven experience in outreach, stakeholder engagement, or partnership development, preferably within the education or nonprofit sector.
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to problem-solve and adapt.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
* Passion for bridging the gap between education and industry through innovation.
