Essential Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement customer-focused, omnichannel campaigns to drive traffic, capture demand, and generate revenue
2. Leverage data and technology to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals
4. Identify growth opportunities by analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources
5. Track, measure, and report program performance, optimizing for efficiency and scalability
6. Lead A/B testing and iterative optimization of campaigns and marketing programs
7. Optimize team structure and processes to foster a culture of high performance and innovation

9. Effectively strategize, manage, execute, and report on new areas of growth across the paid media marketing funnel

10. Owns paid media agency Consumer strategic planning for UK, roadmapping, and identifying improvements to ways of working to drive efficiency

11. Collaborate closely with brand and integrated marketing teams to ensure top quality and on-time creative delivery, execution, and iterative testing cadence

12. Leverage data-driven approach to analyze and drive campaign optimizations alongside Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Martech teams

13. Close collaboration with media teams in various markets to share learnings and opportunities for scale

14. Support product marketing leads in business casing and executing high growth strategies and strategically incorporate product innovations into paid media messaging

15. Partner with privacy, risk, legal, and compliance to source and evaluate external opportunities for enhancing media program

16. Own paid media customer journey through landing page and app store testing to drive higher conversion rates

17. Champion changes to operational efficiencies, identifying cross-functional solutions to streamline media workflows

18. Guides publisher partner relationships with core channels partners (i.e. Google, Meta, etc.)

19. Drive media learning agendas at the channel and publisher level through the lens of audience, creative, format, and tactical testing

20. Partner closely with Analytics to continue to build and evolve paid media incrementality story

21. Drive connectivity to Consumer segment squads (acquisition, engagement, and brand) to ensure strategies are cohesive and aligned across paid and owned and drive monthly readouts to these stakeholders

22. Stays updated with the latest industry trends and identifies new opportunities to drive optimal campaign performance and clear measurement outcomes

23. Partners with Martech, Media Enablement, and Media Ops to drive solutions forward to strengthen paid media measurement and platform signals through business casing for leadership approval

Required Skills

24. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with experience across the funnel

25. Experience in running media campaigns in UK market

26. In-depth knowledge of paid media channels

27. Familiarity with managing and scaling linear TV, OOH, Audio, and other traditional paid media programs as well as performance marketing

28. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to draw out actionable insights and make data-backed decisions

29. Proven ability to develop and implement effective paid media strategies aligned with core business objectives

30. Experience in managing an agency team, including planning, prioritization, and guidance

31. Strong track record of working with external vendors and internal partners, e.g. media and creative agencies.

32. 4+ years experience in working cross-functionally with analytics/martech teams

33. Comfortable with communicating and pitching growth opportunities to segment and leadership teams

34. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills

35. Operate autonomously to deliver results and self-starter who naturally becomes a resourceful addition to the team and who knows when/how to escalate risks or blockers when necessary

36. Thrives in a fast-paced environment

37. High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and ad platforms

38. Excels in stakeholder management, and the ability to juggle projects and business priorities across a variety of segments

39. Understanding of the financial services, financial tech, and payments industry / ecosystem a plus

40. Naturally curious and dive-head-first learner, able to navigate the discomfort of learning new channels and technologies by relying on frameworks and simplicity

42. Experience constructing and successfully communicating business cases to explain new opportunities to stakeholders
