Our experienced tutors are fully qualified counsellors passionate about imparting knowledge in a supportive setting. We offer a range of courses from Level 2 to Level 5, catering to individuals beginning their training and qualified counsellors seeking further development. Role Description
This is a part-time role for a CPCAB Counselling Tutor for Level 4 TC-L4. The Counselling Tutor will be responsible for delivering Level 4 counselling courses, providing academic support to students, evaluating student progress, and maintaining detailed records. Additional responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, facilitating group discussions, providing feedback on assignments, and ensuring compliance with CPCAB standards.
Classes run on Tuesday evenings 6-9:30pm and one Sunday a month, which is shared between the lead and additional tutor.

Qualifications
* Qualified counsellor with a relevant counselling qualification at Level 4 or above
* Experience in delivering counselling training and courses
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth
* Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for remote teaching
* Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed records
* Experience in adhering to CPCAB standards and requirements
* Passion for teaching and mentoring future counsellors
