We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting pupils with additional needs to overcome barriers to learning. Working closely with teachers and the SENCo, you will provide tailored support, implement individual education plans, and help raise achievement and wellbeing. You’ll assist in lessons, work with small groups or one-to-one, and contribute to creating an inclusive, positive learning environment. Applicants should have at least three years’ experience supporting children’s learning, strong literacy and numeracy skills, and an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). Excellent communication, teamwork, and ICT skills are essential, along with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
