School Administrator

Connex Education are working with a welcoming secondary school in Bradford assisting them in recruiting an experienced School Administrator.
This is a full-time, long-term role covering the entire academic year, offering an excellent opportunity to become a valued member of a busy school office.
The Role:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies
2. Managing telephone calls, emails and face-to-face enquiries professionally
3. Providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff
4. Maintaining accurate pupil records and data (SIMS/ARBOR or similar systems)
5. Supporting attendance, admissions and general office duties
6. Ensuring safeguarding and school procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:
7. Previous experience working in a school office is essential
8. SIMS and Arbor experience essential
9. Strong administrative and organisational skills
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Confidence using school management systems and Microsoft Office
12. Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
13. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
