Children’s Home Manager Location: Bradford Salary: Competitive Role Purpose Overall, the assistant manager will be aspirational, go above and beyond in the care provided to children and ensure that all practice promotes a sense of belonging for the children. The assistant manager will be required to meet the level of competence set out in the regulations and standards for a residential children’s home manager and cover in the absence of the home manager. Duties and Responsibilities Specific to the Post: To be a suitable manager for the home and to fully comply with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and deliver the Quality Standards for Children’s Homes. To be responsible for the management, co-ordination and development of a range of quality services for young people referred and/or accommodated within the home.
