Corporate Senior Associate / Legal Director - Bristol - Salary up to £125k
The Firm
This prestigious law firm is seeking a driven and experienced Lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate team. The successful candidate will play a central role in advising on a wide range of M&A, private equity, and investment transactions.
The firm works with an impressive client base that includes high-growth businesses, private equity investors, owner-managed companies, and innovative start-ups—often acting as trusted advisers from early-stage funding through to exit.
The firm’s Corporate M&A practice is known for its strong international client base, which includes multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms. The team works on complex, high-value transactions across a broad range of sectors, fostering strong client relationships and delivering expert legal advice that is both commercially and strategically focused.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a 5+ PQE Corporate Lawyer from a reputable law firm or leading practice. You should have a strong background in M&A and joint ventures, along with a track record of providing commercially driven advice on complex deals.
