About the role We are seeking a highly experiencedHR / Employee Relations Manager to support our UK & Ireland operations. The Role Reporting to the Divisional HR Director, you will play a key role within a high-performing HR team, providing strategic and operational HR support across our UK & Ireland sites. Responsibilities include: Leading on all employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals Building and maintaining strong union relationships, including participation in negotiation and consultation meetings Providing expert advisory support on HR policy, performance management, and absence management Coaching and developing managers to enhance leadership capability Supporting recruitment and interview processes when required Ensuring HR compliance and supporting internal and external audits Producing and analysing weekly and monthly HR reports, KPIs, and trend data About You We are seeking an HR professional with the capability, confidence, and leadership experience to support a complex, fast-paced environment. You will ideally have: A degree or third-level qualification CIPD qualification Strong experience leading or managing an HR function with a focus on employee relations Proven experience managing complex ER cases to resolution Solid knowledge of UK & Ireland employment law Experience working within a unionised manufacturing environment (advantageous but not essential) Strong organisational skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication What We Offer Kingspan offers a competitive and comprehensive employment package, including: Excellent salary and benefits package Hours: Mon-Thu 8:15am-5:00pm, Fri 8:30am-4:00pm Flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week Hybrid working model (60% onsite following training) Pension and life assurance Free onsite car parking Discounted gym memberships, eye tests and access to virtual health services.
