TheLead Nurse Patient Safety will:
* Provide strategic leadership in quality, risk, patient experience, and safety initiatives
* Develop and implement policies aligning with national standards
* Lead quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
* Manage clinical and non-clinical risks, overseeing incidents and complaints
* Champion patient safety initiatives and gather feedback for service improvement
* Facilitate training programmes for staff on quality and risk management
* Collaborate with external stakeholders to align with broader safety agendas

About You
The ideal Lead Nurse Patient Safety will have:
* Current nursing registration with NMC and a relevant Master's qualification

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage complex environments
