The EPC Engineering Project Manager role is responsible for leading all engineering tasks related to delivery of a SPS project to client, within budget and on time. They must be focused on safety, quality and compliance.

As a, you will be responsible for
1. Overall engineering leadership on project
2. Responsible for the project technical relationship with the client.
3. Accountable for the detailed engineering integrated planning and execution to the plan.
4. Coordinate COE’s engineering activities to achieve overall budgeted hours for all packages.
5. Lead monthly scheduled reviews that track progress and spending by team.
6. Monitor, explain and resolve any deviations from the early baseline on the S-curve for engineering.
7. Drive on-time delivery through regular meetings and detailed team engagement.
8. Issue and approve manpower needed to execute to the schedule and any additional scopes that enters the project.
9. Manage the cost and the resource plan.
10. Establish cost analysis based on tasks and milestones.
11. Track and trend all engineering spending as required and necessary.
12. Maintain cost analysis, explain and resolve any deviations from the allocated costs within each of the project engineering teams.
13. Track efficiency factors on projects and forecast project impacts based on changes in efficiency. Take corrective actions where necessary.
14. Identity opportunity for variation orders from technical aspects and drive to approval with Project Director.
15. Escalate issues if needed into systems or the product team leadership to resolve.
16. Drive Configuration Control within the product subsystems to prevent changes that will impact cost & schedule.
17. Track schedule beyond engineering deliverables to ensure engineering ownership and supply chain support throughout the production cycle on a part by part basis.
18. Partner with systems engineering to identify and resolve any changes in specifications or product requirements.
19. Provide leadership and direction in projects to the PL Engineering teams.
20. Overall responsibility and coordination of the qualification related to PL Engineering. Including budget.
21. Takes assignments as required leading technical aspects of commercial pursuits, applying skills & expertise to ensure competitive subsea systems.

22. Masters or bachelor’s degree in engineering or science-based discipline.
23. Previous experience in positions such as project engineering, system engineering or project engineering management at product or system level.

26. Be able to synthesize information, identify problems, establish facts, and deduce solutions.
27. Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
