Residential Support Worker Full-time, Permanent | 37 hours per week Salary: £28,132 - £30,914 plus allowances We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join a children's residential care setting. This Residential Support Worker role focuses on providing safe, consistent and high?quality support to children and young people with emotional, social and behavioural needs. As a Residential Support Worker, you will work as part of an experienced care team, supporting young people to feel secure, develop life skills and achieve positive outcomes. This Residential Support Worker position operates in line with Children's Homes Regulations, Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements.
