The Role
Seeking an experienced Full Stack Head of Development to lead and inspire a cross-functional team of C# and SQL developers. This role combines leadership (50%) and hands-on development (50%), with expertise in .NET application/system design within a Windows Server 2022 / MS SQL Server / IIS environment. Fully remote within the fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with customers, Business Analysts, and the commercial team to gather feedback and ensure solutions deliver maximum value.
* Lead, manage, and mentor a growing development team, including Infrastructure Engineers, fostering collaboration and excellence.
* Oversee the company's hosting infrastructure and contribute to shaping it.
* Participate in senior management to influence company strategy.
* Work with our SQL Architect to design high-performance, scalable distributed systems.
* Write clean, scalable code following TDD and Agile practices.
* Establish and manage formal development processes like release management.
* Conduct code reviews and manage our GitHub code repository.
* Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches.
Required Expertise

About You
* At least 5 years as a Full Stack Software Engineer and 3+ years in leadership/management.
* A people-person who motivates teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Passion for innovation, ownership, and delivering value.
