As Senior Manager of Product Management, you'll develop and implement product strategies while leading teams. This Senior Manager, Product Management role is specifically tailored for the Environmental and Process Monitoring (EPM) Business Unit within the Chemical Analysis Division, with a focus on the Process Monitoring portfolio. This portfolio includes process mass spectrometry, process FTIR, and electric flow computers. The position involves leading a team of Product Managers, technical consultants, and an applications team for the process FTIR platform, with a strong emphasis on environmental and process monitoring solutions. Education: Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in product management preferably in life sciences, scientific instruments, or related industry. Preferred Fields of Study: science, engineering, business or related field Experience: 3 years people management experience leading teams in a matrix environment, preferred Strong strategic planning and business acumen with proven P&L management skills Experience developing and launching new products from concept through commercialization Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, portfolio planning, and pricing strategies Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence at all levels Demonstrated success gathering Voice of Customer input and translating to product requirements Experience working effectively in global, matrixed organizations Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and regions Knowledge of regulated environments and quality systems Proficiency with standard business software and analytics tools Ability to travel 25-30% domestically and internationally Customer-centric mindset with proven track record of improving customer experience Skilled at developing and executing product launch plans and go-to-market strategies Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Wisconsin is $143,000.00-$200,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
