As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective customers and supporting the wider business development strategy. You will be confident initiating conversations, managing a pipeline of prospects and keeping CRM data accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities Proactively engage with businesses of all sizes via outbound calls, email and LinkedIn Generate and nurture leads, booking quality appointments for the business development team Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing customers Accurately update and manage CRM records About You Essential Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing or appointment setting Strong communication skills with a confident and engaging phone manner Ability to influence, negotiate and build rapport Previous experience using CRM systems Self-motivated, organised and target-driven Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues What's On Offer Competitive basic salary of £26,000-£28,000 £2,500 annual bonus, paid quarterly Monday to Friday working hours only (no evenings or weekends) Generous holiday entitlement, increasing with service Pension scheme Critical illness cover after 2 years' service Work Location: In person Skills: tele sales sales sales assistant
